Is my payment safe?
Yes. You pay through the platform, and the maker only receives the money after your order has arrived. If there's a problem, report it from your order page — our team decides fairly and refunds you if needed.
Can I order something made just for me?
Yes. Use "Ask for a custom piece" on a product or a maker's page. The maker sends you a personal offer in the chat, which you can accept and pay in one click.
Why can't I see the maker's phone number?
To protect both sides, all communication stays on the platform. That way your payment and your order remain protected — and nobody gets spam.
How do I become a seller?
Click "Sell your work", fill in the short application and add a few photos of your work. Our team reviews it, usually within two working days.
How long does delivery take?
Each maker shows their delivery time. Pieces in stock usually ship within a few days; custom pieces take as long as the maker states in the offer.
