Terms for makers
These terms apply to makers who sell on the marketplace.
Some company details are still missing. These texts are templates and must be completed and checked by a lawyer before the shop goes live.
Joining
Makers apply with their details and examples of their work. Our team checks every application. You may only sell products you made yourself (or with your own small team).
Your duties as seller
You are the seller and responsible for your listings, product safety, correct prices and taxes, and for shipping on time. Listings must be truthful and must not contain contact details.
Fees
For every sale the platform keeps a commission (currently 15 % of the item price unless your plan says otherwise). There are no listing fees. Payment fees are included in the commission.
Payouts
Your earnings are paid out after the order is delivered and the protection period has passed, to the account you set up (Stripe or bank transfer). Refunds from problem reports are deducted.
Communication and fair play
Talk to buyers only through the marketplace chat. Moving sales outside the platform, sharing contact details or fake reviews lead to suspension.
Ending
You can stop selling at any time once open orders are completed. We may suspend shops that break these terms; serious cases may lead to immediate closure.
