These terms apply to using the marketplace as a buyer.
Some company details are still missing. These texts are templates and must be completed and checked by a lawyer before the shop goes live.
What we offer
Uniqisan Store runs an online marketplace where independent makers sell handmade products and workshops. The contract of sale is made between you and the maker named on the product page. We take care of payment processing, communication and help with problems.
Your account
You must give true details and keep your password secret. One account per person. We may pause accounts that break these terms or the law.
Ordering and paying
Prices include VAT where the maker charges it, plus shipping as shown at checkout. Your payment is held by the platform and passed to the maker after delivery. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are made just for you after payment.
Communication
All communication with makers runs through the marketplace chat. For your protection, contact details and outside payment requests are hidden automatically. Never pay outside the platform — such payments are not protected.
If something goes wrong
If an order doesn't arrive or isn't as described, open a problem report in your account. We look at it together with the maker and can refund your payment.
Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest and about your own purchase. Do not post unlawful, insulting or misleading content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Liability and law
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential duties, limited to the typical foreseeable damage. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country stay in force.
