Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal. Your contract is with the maker; we handle the return together with them.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
How to withdraw
Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw — for example through the problem report in your order ("I want to withdraw") or by email to no-reply@uniqisanstore.com. It is enough to send it before the period ends.
Effects
We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have shown that you sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom sizes, names, colours chosen by you). For workshops booked for a specific date, the right of withdrawal ends when the workshop has taken place.
